We just love not working Friday's any more :) so after a 7 mile walk this morning along the River Deben and back by midday and with a nice breeze filling in I took my gear to the Dip.Sadly not enough wind again for a shortboard :( so took the longboard for another 4 hour spin !!!

I beat to Landguard down by Felixstowe docks and reached back to Bawdsey,you could get the board planing with the plate and by running down the back of the waves :)

I then ran up to Ramsholt with the tide making the beat back abit slow against the flow and I really had to work hard to get out of the river mouth where the current was at it's strongest !!!

Abit more wind forecast tomorrow but wnw which is only any good again for longboard cruising being dead offshore !!!
